How to Activate DigiLocker Account Through School Security PIN 2026

According to the notification issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on April 14, 2026, all Class 10th and 12th board examination results, mark sheets, certificates, and migration certificates for the academic session 2026 will be made available through DigiLocker.

Students who appeared in the CBSE Board Exams 2026 are advised to activate and verify their DigiLocker accounts to access their digital academic documents easily after the result declaration. CBSE has also shared the complete process for DigiLocker account activation in its official notice.

Once the DigiLocker account verification process is completed, students will be able to download their CBSE Result 2026, digital mark sheet, passing certificate, and migration certificate online directly from DigiLocker.

Steps to Activate CBSE DigiLocker Account 2026

Step 1:

Scroll down to the Important Links section and click on the DigiLocker Account Activation link.

Step 2:

Select your class — either Class 10 (X) or Class 12 (XII).

Step 3:

Enter your school code. If you do not know the school code, you can find it on your admit card.

Step 4:

Enter your CBSE Board Examination Roll Number carefully.

Step 5:

Enter the 6-digit Security PIN provided by your school.

Step 6:

Enter your active mobile number.

Step 7:

An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP for verification.

Step 8:

After successful verification, your DigiLocker account activation process will be completed.

Once CBSE releases the 2026 board exam results, students will be able to check their results and download their digital mark sheet, certificate, and migration certificate through DigiLocker.
